LX570 is going in for the Fuel Pump recall. Lexus advisor asked if there was anything else we wanted done while they were working on it and I was not sure if there were any other "while you're in there" maintenance items that make sense to have done?

Make sure they use a new gasket on where the module goes into the tank. It probably comes with one but make sure.

Also fill it up with fuel right after picking it up, to make sure everything is connected fully.

They are delivering it back to our house 2.5 hours away from the dealership after the recall so they will have to fill it up. I'll make sure and ask about the gasket.

Having done this before. There's not much else in the vicinity to bonus off pulling the tank.

Pull the tank? No access panel under the second row carpet?

as far as I remember, the "hole" under seats is very small in order to remove the pump and filter assembly together. but i've seen people cut a bigger size

Correct. Plus for a shop pulling the tank isn’t a bad job, and totally avoids gasoline smells in the passenger compartment.
