My sisters 91 4 runner turns over but will not fire. It has been 30 to 40 below for the last few days and I feel there is ice in the fuel pump. She lives an hour away so I cannot look myself.

I'm just guessing but on the passanger side frame rail, might have to take a panel or something off in the fender well or get it from underneath..........again I'm just guessing

Found it. It is in the fuel tank, but no easy hole to access as with the 80. Have to take the tank out.
