Fuel pick up ?

I am installing a lq4 engine in my FJ40 and was using the stock under seat tank with a side pick up and an aftermarket rear tank with a pickup out of the bottom front corner. Has anyone had experience with these pick ups drying out when off camber. I know it never had a problem with carb but the new fuel pump draws alot more fuel and I have not found any posts regarding this issue when using stock tanks for newer motors.
