Just before my big departure to NY, I go and top off my fuel tank, I drove the big rig home and the next thing you know I am leaking gas in my driveway.

I crawl under my truck and I follow the 2 fuel lines (one big and one small) from the fill port. I see that the leak is coming from the small line and it is right at the first junction that the line comes to.

Truck runs fine, is this the vent line?
Can I drive it to a repair facility?
Can I fix it and are parts available?

If you speak of two lines from the rear of the tank, then one is from the filler neck and the other is a vent. It is not your vent line for the tank, just for the filler neck. If it is this line, the first junction should be secured by a hose clamp. Have you tried tightening this? Most these parts are available, i just ordered all new gaskets and a filler hose in back from my local dealer. Good luck.

Id isolate the leak before driving. It would probably be fine to take to a mechanic; but you can probably co it yourself as well. Id just check and make sure its not traveling along the edge of tank and then dripping on driveshaft and slinging on the exhaust. It may just leak when its absolutely full. good luck.

It's the vent line and if it can be isolated then that's the course we're going to take.

let me know if you need pics of what your dealing with removed from the truck. There is only one page in the FSM dedicated to gas tanks and has an exploded view if you havent peeked that already as well.
