I'm replacing the fuel gauge on my HJ45...not sure of the wire identification...can anyone help with which is Positive, Negative and the Sender pin?

If i had to guess your hj45 is from South American.

The headlight switch is what made think it's from South America. If you want to use the American(US) version headlight switch(knob illuminates when in the on position) if I'm remember correctly a terminal has to be inserted for the 12 volts to the resistor on the USA light switch and you can splice the 12v from another circuit by removing the tape and find where they soldered it for another, should close by. I also don't remember if I had to swap terminals at the switch. Easy to do if have both schematic, just make sure you have the correct schematic of the switch you are installing.

Anyhow, Sorry for the high jack, I will look at the schematic at home and let know on how how the the fuel gauge should be connected at the cluster. Sorry for the delay.
