Look like I have some electrical problem !

When I turn the key at ON position and waiting the glow light turn off, I hear a king of clic - clic - clic (to much clic to be normal !) from the "Fuel control relay" (passenger side).

After, nothing... everthing seem to going OK, the cruiser start... this intrigue me. How can I fix this problem without purchase a new relay ?

My cruiser is a BJ60

Take the cover off and clean all the contact surfaces. Also, go to http://www.birfield.com and search the DTLC archives using keywords like "fuel control relay", etc. There will be more information there and ideas to work through.

It seems very common for these electrical parts to fail mostly due to moisture in the cab, seems like the sealers are starting to give way and let water in.

Cleaning is a option and check the panel for any visable black spots by a diode.

Seems like most will not attempt repairing these panels, but most of these diodes and parts are readily available from places like radio shack.
