She's in pretty good condition. rusty wheel wells, but thats about it as far as I can tell
I just replaced the Exhaust from the cats back, 02 sensors (both) wires, plugs, and air filter. I am pleased to say that she no longer smells like gasoline when I drive her.
The AC works, but is weak
The car drives great.
Full Safari Roof Rack (no idea on make - exact same size as a double bed - how awesome would that have been in highschool at the drive in?)
I would like to get $2500 out of this truck, but shoot me an offer - I'm a reasonable person - and generally two reasonable people can come to a reasonable agreement
THIS WAS AN OHIO TRUCK (it obviously has rust) and it was not owned by an enthusiest (ever, I'm not one, I haven't owned it long enough)
I traded the truck straight up for this monstrosity as a step towards a better tow vehicle, and this is far from it (while the hitch is properly attached, the truck is just weaksauce when it comes to power)
Anyway - I am selling this truck because I need a tow vechile - I put $700 into it before driving it back to Alabama from Cincinnati OH. The truck runs great - Eric (owner of Caddy Wompus) came by and checked everything out - heard he pur (he admittedly doesn't know anything about 62s, but he knows a lot more than I do)
American Starter and an American Alternator
what appears to be a leaky valve cover gasket (although there aren't any oil drops on my driveway, and it doesn't appear to have lost any oil from the last oil change yet (1000 miles)
Here are better - newer - more complete pictures
I pulled off the trim on the back of the seat and installed it over the mexican blanket so it wouldn't shift around on people in the back seat
The lower tale gate is completely rust free and the top has a few bubbles around the glass
Auburn - Alabama - would be willing to meet part way to a point (atlanta - birmingham - montgomery)
email me or call me with any further questions
