I know there is an OEM front spring spacer (Toyota #43136-60020) that raises the front end approx 1". Is there an aftermarket spacer that's more like 2+" that doesn't affect the KDSS or alignment? "09 LC, 233,000 mi.

2” “level”, as they say in the truck world, is probably going to require you extend the bump stops to keep the shocks from bottoming out.

That said, I think any lift puck that fits a tundra will work.
 
Even the 10mm/1” lift spacer will impact alignment, an actual 2” is getting into needing UCA territory to get it truly right.

And yes, you will absolutely bottom your shocks with a 2” spacer lift. There are good reasons Toyota only did 10mm.
