Front shocks (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm shopping OEM shocks for my 2008 LC.
On one toyota parts web site, it's giving me 2 choices. One of them says Mexico spec.
It's a pound heavier and $10 cheaper.
Is one better than the other?

I have a set of new in the box LC front shocks sitting in my garage I’d be happy to sell cheap. When I get home Friday I’ll PM you the part number to see if they are correct for an ‘08.
