With the family growing sleeping in the LC is no longer feasible, other than while I am hunting. So, the three jerry can holder was modified to a Yeti holder, [opened up so much room in the LC], installed a rear camera [priceless] 5 gallon jerry moved to the spare [I figure 45 gallons is enough to get there], maxtrax on the side on the ladder, 2 inch front receiver for a basket to carry bikes or pull the RV out of its hole. And last but, not least got a CVT tent that sleeps 4 plus with annex that two more. Also, moved the shovel and ax to the front arb. Getting news cats on Monday, as the floor board is hot enough to cook on. :)

Brother that is SWEET! You did a lot of mods to your front ARB that I want, is there a separate thread on that or is a picture worth a thousand words?

Could you post up details on the rear camera, head unit, how you ran the wires, etc.

I am using the Alpine license plate rearview cam hooked into kenwood/garmin nav unit. Works okay, pretty easy to steal, Need to add some special headed screws. There are a few camera options, go with the upper end unit for around $200, it's worth it.

That rig is sweat! Great mods! Love the rugged look!!

Thank you! What you see is what you get! :) With a family, work I only had enough time to take the pics and post them so others may get some ideas to mod their arb bumper.

I research this to death. I did not want to spent 400.00 on this mod, but really needed to have something reliable and under 150ish with no hardwires.
Yada Digital Wireless Backup Camera with 4.3" Monitor. I found this on sale at pepboys. The camera plugs into the reverse light wires. That's it! When you the LC in reverse power goes to the sending unit or camera and camera transmits to the monitor. Simple and this mod took about 15 minutes with the wiring. It works great at night, also.

I like the Maxxtrax rigged Africa style to the side of the rig. Those things are pretty slick, too bad they are so expensive though.
Thank you! I used those steel landing strips, but they eventually broke so I decided to go with these. Spendy but lighter and more durable.

Your alpine unit is a nice one. I could not use the license plate option so I research for one that I could zip tie and move around. For 110.00 it not bad, and there is no interference.

This is what yeti holder looked like before! I carried three cans, but I figured out with a family I am really, I mean the wife is not into going so far off the beaten path with the kids.

I've loved this rig since the first time I saw it. Too damn cool. Looks like something out of a war zone!

Thank you! The feeling is mutual. My LC has gone through several wars if you know what I mean. ;) They are tough. With new cats today, the wife will be happier since her side of the cabin and floor will cool down considerably. Oh, I forgot I moved the axe and shovel to the front, also. I know you use a trasheroo. I them for storage and carrying groceries. I have three, one for trash, one for groceries and other for family luggage. Garbage hangs off the side from the maxtrax the two off the yeti and spare.

Forgot to mention......And the axe/shovel relocation, plus con-ferr rack mod[extended two feet front with basket and one foot rear. Running boards went back on because wife and kid(s) can get in easier. One shot without the yeti!
