I installed OME medium load springs in the rear and cranked the torsion bars to level out a little. Now the front end slams into the ground when going over speed bumps or driving through dips in the road. The rear end feels smooth so no issues there.

I wish I had the mechanical vocabulary to explain the feeling. It's very jarring. Almost as if there was no shock at all.

Any ideas on fixing this?

Lower it by uncranking the torsion bars. What are your measurements hub to fender?

Same thing, i assumed it was normal, because everything ws tightened up.

Are you saying the front is bottoming out - as in, not carrying the load? Or, are you saying it's very stiff?

If the former, may be time for shocks. If the later, take about a .75" worth of lift out of the TBs - crank them back down as @TheForger said. That'll smooth things out a ton.
