I installed a @TRAIL TAILOR diff drop about a month and half ago, and since then I have torn 2 rear support bushings out of the bracket. I torqued it to 137 ft lbs per spec. The second time didn’t involve any off-roading. Any ideas?

Hard to tell from the picture but it looks to me like you are missing one of the giant washers on the bottom of the support. Is the head of that bolt just sitting in the rubber?

oem. It looks like the one on top of the rubber support. In fact i think you just have it in the wrong spot. Just put that big washer on the bottom.

I think you are right. I was just thinking that.

Sorry, late to the party, @neoworm is correct. Re-assembly sequence is not right. I'm away from my 100 but can snap a couple pics tomorrow morning if still need clarification.

It should look like this, big washer on last to hold rubber bushing in.

Bingo. Missing washer. You'll need to call the dealership, I'd try Camelback Toyota or Sparks Toyota.

I couldn't find the part number for the washer, as the diagram I'm using doesn't get that granular.

That being said, Part Number: 5238060030 is the number for the front support on the front drive axle assembly. That is the part you need a lower front support bolt washer for.

60020 is listed for 2008-2018 LC's. 60010 was used on 100's, FJ's, and newer 4Runners.

Reality is they are the same part. Listing shows 60020 supersedes 60010 so you are good to use either.

You have the washer you just assembled it in the wrong order. You may want to seek professional help.

Ah gotcha. I guess I should have looked at the pic closer. I would suggest ordering it from PartSouq.com Cheap and fast shipping and a great website.

Nevermind, I looked more closely and the shape isn't right to sub in the shock washers.
