I installed a @TRAIL TAILOR diff drop about a month and half ago, and since then I have torn 2 rear support bushings out of the bracket. I torqued it to 137 ft lbs per spec. The second time didn’t involve any off-roading. Any ideas?

Hard to tell from the picture but it looks to me like you are missing one of the giant washers on the bottom of the support. Is the head of that bolt just sitting in the rubber?
is the washer oem or a trail tailor partI think you are right. I was just thinking that.

My question is how the hell did you torque it to 137ft/lbs with the bolt going straight through the rubber bushing. hahaha

oem. It looks like the one on top of the rubber support. In fact i think you just have it in the wrong spot. Just put that big washer on the bottom.
It should look like this, big washer on last to hold rubber bushing in.
