That's a good question. The PO had cheapo fog lights mounted to the stock bumper, but I never used them, so I'm not sure if I need them. I guess my answer is, "I don't know".

I didn't weight it, but I could lift it without too much difficulty. I think the winch plate is about 20 pounds and the bumper 80-90 pounds.

what did is the taper to the sides? did you go go from 6 to 4 or to 3"?

My goal was to trim the six inch side of the 6x2 rectangular tube down to three inches. However, I was just shy of that. Plus I welded back in a piece of 1 1/2 inch strip to fill in bottom space. So the completed bumper measures out at 3 1/4 inchs at the tip. The end caps, that run parallel to the fenders are 3 1/2 inches tall. HTH.

as for a front license plate... nobody ever bugs me. in SC you only have one plate but im always out of state and nobody has ever bugged me about a front plate.

I would buy this bumper. I'm about 3 weeks out on putting a new bumper on and thought about the ARB but I like this one better.

Is anyone making one?
