Man.... that is NICE! Love that look. :bounce:

Nice bumper - just don't copyright it, OK :D

And I know what you mean by fabbing with just a chop saw and an angle grinder - PIA - but can still get good results.

Not meaning to thread-jack, this pic is a winch mount I made on my now deceased KIA Sorento. Oh the plans I have for my 60!

The more times I see it, the more I love it. It's me doing some serious thinking...Are you running stock springs? Did it cause any sag in the front end?

I wonder how much something equivalent would make stock springs with 1.5" AAL's sag. Any thoughts?

Are you thinking of selling these?

That bumper looks REALLY sharp - clean, simple and not oversized.

If you start to build them for others, let me know ;)

Mind if some of us take this idea to our own concepts?

BTW: a welder being 110 doesnt mean jack. There are 110 units that cannot go above 85A, and there are 110 units that go up to 300A. My Miller Dynasty 200 does 110/220/460 just fine thank you. So does my Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 38, and oh the trouble they can get me into!
On 110 I can TIG 0.50" steel with no problems and FULL penetration, but it isnt any 110 that can do that kind of work.:grinpimp:

Looks fantastic. Hope you don'tmind if I copy it. I plan on making a bumper for mine in the not too distant future and really like the look of this one. I actually like it better than the ARB!

this design will cross the ocean to europe :bounce:

I think it's a brilliant design: not heavy and fully functional. congratulations!

Great looking bumper.

you just won the front bumper design award:cheers:
I will try to copy it if you don't mind.

Yeah, but the proportions and end-caps on yours are better.

And I'd rather support a fellow enthusiast than a company, any day.

I got one of the Man A Fre ones that came from 4+.
If I'm not mistaken he posts up here under LCwizard.
I'd have to say I have alot of respect for anyone who goes through the design, and fabrication process required in order to produce something like that.
Although they're sold through Man A Fre (as well as others) it comes from a regular guy like us who just happens toe weld really well! It's not from some giant factory oversees.
A while back I bought a rear bumper kit, welded it together, added some custom details, and couldn't believe how much work it turned out to be.
My hats off to anyone who has the fortitude to build one of these from scratch!
