Just wanted to say thank you for the mud madness that has infected me. :steer:

'87 stock FJ60; my birfield was leaking diff fluid onto my tire.

Seeing as how I've never seen an axle or an axle seal or even drained a differential, I figure it was high time I rip into the sucker and let the truck be the teacher. I knew what a birfield was only because of the most excellent posts here on mud.

Needless to say, thank you. It took a while but it is complete and correct. By studying mud, I even managed to get all the parts before I even knew what I was getting into.

Kind regards.
-Hoplite.

p.s. sorry but no pics as I lack a digital camera...but it does look spectacular

 Congrats, now you're a full initiated member of the cruiser collective.

Good work & I agree. Mud rocks & has helped me out a bunch of times. Congratulations.
