I'm 100% down for the 18th. I'm sorry if I threw everyone off for the 11th! My parts already came, grease is on it's way, and I'll have all other stuff in plenty of time.

Sure hope this don't piss off any mothers that it's on Fathers day weekend... But it obviously ain't affecting me. LOL

Considering I'll be rebuilding the front axle on her truck...I'm pretty sure my wife will be alright with me being gone this fine Fathers Day Eve. :D

She prolly is purtier than you too. Maybe she should come and rebuild the axle instead of you?
:worms:

Thinking about making the run up. I need some help tracing wires in a FJ62 harness. What I want to do is trace and pull out the wiring for the electric windows and locks. I have most terminals labelled and I have the wiring diagram but I get lost in the maze. I think all I need is a second set of eyes to help with this.

Wouldn't you like that? Haha. Unfortunately it'll be just me in all my less purtiness...
:hillbilly:

@Godwin if you come, would you mind bringing that set of bolt extractors you have? I might wanna take a stab at pulling that o2 sensor if I can. If I make good time, I'd be happy to help you trace wires!

If I can make I'll bring the extractors. Do you have new fastners? I don't recall if the O2 sensors use nuts or bolts, either way the extractors will destroy the head of the old bolt/nut. As I recall the small shield on one of the sensors is somewhat in the way and it may become bent in removing the bolt/nut.

Put me down for maybe... It could all change in an instant.

I need to pick up a nut splitter. They are awesome. However I doubt I'll have one by then. I think they're less than $40 and very easily worth the cost. Especially when removing shocks...

Speeder, you think you can help me trace wires?

I am more certain than not that I will make the run up to the Shunt Cave for this. I've done more than a few front ends, have the tools, and can give advice. I will also have with me the 3-pronged tool for rear FF axles if anyone needs to tweak their rear hubs.

I SUCK at wiring. I'm terrible.

Is this tool a must have to service the rear hubs?

So who all is doing a front axle? I needs a head count. Post up if you ARE doing a front axle rebuild. PLEASE make sure you have everything!

As it seems, I had committed to another gathering/ride next weekend. I had just forgotten since it was not an official event, but just friends going to AOP for the weekend. Oh well. We need to knock this front axle party out.

I for sure WILL be there. I got all my stuff, just need to pick up some buckets...

I'm still a maybe. Sorry, wont know until late in the week. I'm capable of messing this up all on my own at the house if I miss this. However I'd like to attend the Shunt day festivities if possible.

If I can't make it y'all are welcome to come by and get my bolt remover set and nut splitter. I work off valleydale rd.

I'm focusing on front axles.

So one rig confirmed? If this is the case... I may cancel it and go wheeling. LOL. I SERIOUSLY do not mind staying in town. But I also forgot about this AOP ride as well. Like I said in the beginning, There will always be someone who can't make a date that gets set. Turns out "I" couldn't make the 18th.
@sigg we can do it any weekend. Same goes for you too @girupb ...
