wow! I really appreciate all the compliments. I am very happy with it.

gappy- I am not sure if anyone still makes them but i know Dick Cepek has a newer style out that is similar. These are made by Western wheel. The other brand I know of is Ansen. I found these by accident on Ebay and bought them for $100.

Brokenparts- no i have not made it up to TSF. I have ridden my mtn bike all over Browns camp and would like to get up there to wheel when I get a few bugs worked out on the 60. I like your 60 as well and missed checking it out from the seller in Salem by about a week when you bought it.

60-cruiser- here here for the surfers bra! Brokenparts has the same lift and was running 35's, at least for a while. maybe he has some pics of the original set up.

cody- thanks man, Western Wheel not sure of model 15X8.5 w/ 3.5 bs

chuckb- thank you!

lowtideride- great place for a board or 2..

bridges- the tranny/ transfer is all buttoned up no more leaks, the pan is now for a leaky rear main that won't be fixed till later. your welcome for the inspiration. I really didn't expect this kind of reaction especially with all the killer 60's here.

HntWhtTail- I will think about it.... mmmm how about no. ;p

rockcrawler- I dig white 60's, seems to me that most came with brown interior, great for dirt but I really prefer bule/ greay interior. in person the lift/ tires really fit very well. Plus it gives me time to drive it without regearing right now.

Yep, he said that someone else was going to come look at it so I had to buy it...lol. I've sank another $7000 since I bought it too. It's just money right?

Brokenparts any pics of the setup and 35's?
also want to look your setup. are you running 36's SUA?

Not the best pics but they'll give you an idea. I run the 35s for around town and light wheelin and the iroks and beads when it sticky...

With the 36s SUA (going to do some trimming and 1inch body lift this weekend).

Very nice, mine is also lifted about the same, and the majority of its driving is with a longboard attached to roof.

nice looking rig, it seems even with a lift the rear end on 60's always seems to sit a little lower than the front, i like the look of having the back sit about an inch higher.

It'll probably even out once a winch bumper & winch are attached.

PS. Looks great Dirtgypsy!

Niiiice!!!! your 60 looks killer:eek: but are u running the same lift? what else did add to your setup. cause with 35's seems like you got plenty of room and with the 36's is not bad either. love your rig bro!!
I just love to see 60's SUA with big tires.
