Found this relay on the floor, where does it go? (1 Viewer)

Opened up the kick panel on my 91 FJ80 and found this relay on the floor. Previous owner said cruise control stopped working, so I'm wondering if this is the culprit. There are, however, two places it could go. Can someone give me guidance as to which plug is the likely home to it.

Maybe the top left one since it has wires going to it.

This should help. Nothing to do with Cruise Control.
It's your cooling fan relay. That center connector is blank.

Thanks for the quick response, didn't even notice the one was empty of wires, doh. I may want the cooling system to work since I am in Tucson.
