For Sale Found This, Did Not Post Until Final

Apologies first as this is not a sale ad, just a quick note. I am new to the forum and have been lurking while searching for a vehicle. Did not want to jinx this purchase and post here before it was totally done. Drove it 1175 miles to Texas on 31 Dec. Has a few items that need attention, nothing major that I have found thus far. I'll see you in the tech section.

Anyone have a suggestion for seat bottoms and armrests? Want to replace, not repair.

Anyone ever repaired the foam surrounds on the factory speakers? Worth the time or replacement suggestions?
