I have no doubt it'll be a Snap-on.
 
I might get a few of these. Im also sure these are real Snap On. My dad's Navy shop recieved ALL new tools and cabinet every few years-- and it was all Snap On. Even though their stuff was still in great condition it was replaced.
 
I bet it's real. Those are next to obsolete. Everyone uses an impact driver now.

That's what I was thinking. I have not seen a speed handle at work in a shop for a long time. Probably just old stock.
 
$11 shipping, although these are good to get oil pans off without getting oil all over your new impact guns
 
This was one of the main tools i used on 501k gas turbine engines.
