Starting to look less Jeep and more Land Cruiser. I have a large parts pile with stuff that needs to go on when I have time.

Besides a thousand holes that need to be filled; the quarters don't look horrible under that diamond plate. Can I just use silicone for the time being, eventually the rust will be fixed and then a respray in some fun color.

Choke needed adjusting to fix the stumble at idle after warm.

New exhaust, transmission output shaft bearing, and front driveshaft is getting fixed first of June.

Out with the rivets, in with the Land Cruiser emblem.

Starting to look official. It looks like the holes are missing for the rear Toyota and 4WD emblems. So I'll have to figure those out. Do you put tape over the sheet metal before drilling? Probably not necessary since I have crappy paint anyway. Any specific drill bit to use?

Bumper, bumperettes, and wheel came in today. Will get that all mounted up before Relic Run.

To do for Relic Run:

Mount spare tire carrier
Mount spare tire to new wheel
Install front bumper
Install rear bumperettes
Install remaining emblems (front and rear Toyota + rear 4WD)
Replace front driveshaft
New exhaust
Replace parking brake caliper (missing)
Take top off (assuming trail cover comes in)
Remove rear bench seat
Fab/purchase some half doors and tailgate - if I can't purchase any, I might go classy and buy some black plastic sheet to make these.
