Yes, the DARK theme exists, but you may need to access your Preferences to set it that way automatically.

I wondered why my background wast white! Took me a bit to find that setting, been so long since I changed it.
Message details are not showing in emails now. Now I just get the title of the thread, in this case "Cruisers Seen Around ATX”.

The plugin allowed it to be a benefit to specific usergroups, like Vendors. Now it's switched on globally.
