In my shop I have several blown 4.7 V8 engines, Having replaced a few 4.7 V8 land cruiser engines, so I harvested all the hoses and vacuum lines in a box and brought them home to my LX450... I just like the look of factory formed rubber lines... plus I like using what I have... some of the engines I had came from tundras and 4runners but the point being is I was able to replace just about every line on my LX450 engine with hoses from the 4.7 engines... many of the 4.7 hoses have protective sleeves or outer slip on hoses... and most are way too long in there 4.7 V8 form, but with careful eyeballing and cutting you can end up with very factory looking lines with very little effort... so next time you are at the pull a part yard it might be worth it to pull a couple handfuls of factory hoses in every size... I'm sure you could pull them off just about any late model engine and be in good shape... I was just surprised I was able to use just about every hose off the 4.7 V8(tundra, landcruiser, 4runner) Somewhere on the lx450 with just a little cutting.
