I took them to tire shop to get dismounted so I could paint them and get new tires. They accidentally sent them off for recycling... The immediately offered to buy me a new set to the tune of $1400, but cant source them... so I may be getting a set of tires out of them,

BUT I NEED WHEELS!

I need a recovery point (or even factory hook) for a 80/100 series (I think they are the same). I'm headed out on a trip next week and should probably have something up front. I realized the PO failed to put it back when he installed the bumper. I don't think I can get one in time if I order it.

I saw that, but they say "allow 5-7 business days to process your order". That combined with folks comments on their late shipping lately, doesn't inspire confidence. I should probably give them a call. I was hoping someone local may have an original hook laying around.

I have an couple of extra sets of 80 loops that I was planning on using for a project that has not yet materialized. If you want to come up to my Denton shop, I can bring them in. at lease we're on the same side of the metroplex... $20 for the pair sound fair?

My first Cruiser love was a white 60 series that my dad owned... He traded in in 96 for a new FZJ - He says he wants to get in contact with you in the next week or so - He's coming back from a trip at the moment. He's in Vegas, I'm in Flower Mound. PM me your contact info.
