BJ40/42 Project
I have been gathering parts to put this together for about a year. I bought a real nice FJ55 and want to build that. Here is what i have.
-1978 frame with tittle. Has a Manafre shackle reversal kit. The PO did a poor job welding and it needs to be redone. The frame is cleaned and painted. It does need the 2 braces at the rear of the frame
-1978 original tub- no rust - verry solid
-fairly solid 78 hardtop,. good fiberglass and rain gutters or nice 75 hardtop
-78 hood & bib,needs some work
-78 windsheild frame,good
-good front doors, rears need bottoms
-new Manafre 4" springs with Hecklethorn Shocks
-3B, 4speed, spit transfer case, 12 volt from 1982 BJ60 225 kilometers
-aprons, gas tank, seats,roll bar
-78 axles
pretty much everything except front fenders, jump seats and some small stuff,
motor mounts and tranny cross member
It is located in Chester, Vermont (35 miles for Massachusetts on the eastern side of the state)
Price for the whole package is $5700
