80? No, your 60 is cush enough. Come to Mansfield, drop that car off and take my 1974 FJ-55 in trade. See you when you get here.

Still available, going in the 'Trader this week. Also has recent new ceramic front pads and new NAPA top-of the-line rotors, and a new starter, among all the other things I forgot to list.

95 thru 97 FJ WANTED in Texas

Greetings all. I used to post here about a year ago but lost the e-mail associated with my account....bla bla bla. I am the proud owner of a 1988 FJ62 that I have been restoring slowly. My family has recently grown to include a baby daughter and I would like to move into a Cruiser more suited for multiple use. I am looking for a 1995 thru 1997 FZJ80. I live near Austin.

Any input or advice about buying an 80 series would be great as well as 60 series owners who have advice on upgrades to the 62.

Thanks
John D

Free 1962 FJ40 Carcass

Located Central Connecticut

I'm going to finish stripping this in the next week or so. I'm keeping the doors, steering wheel, instrument cluster, front seat, rear axle, front axle shafts, wiper and headlight switch, steering box, windshield frame and head. Top is spoken for.

Motor has a hole in it. Later three speed and transfer case. Like to get rid of it whole, let me know if you need something included to take it that way. If no one wants it whole, I'll move it to parts................maybe everything is $5 sale. :D

Most recent pictures. This is the way it sits right now, and I'll be taking the parts named above.

PM me, first response wins the prize. ;)

Edit: Removed the link to the old pictures as it was causing confusion (good stuff is gone). If you're nosey you can root around in my directories and find them. :)

FOR SALE: 96' 80 Series

Posting this up for a friend. Robin Duncan (just married) wants to sell her 96' White / Tan Leather 80 series. Looks good on the outside w/ normal wear on the tan leather. Has nice ARB front bumper. No lockers. 164k miles. She is asking $9,500 but is VERY motivated to sell. She bought the vehicle when it had 50k miles on it. Never wheeled.

Call her cell at (903) 453-7743 or email her at robin.duncan@chase.com. Hit me off line and I will email you larger pics that I have of the vehicle.
russell.armstrong@lpl.com. Call her and make an offer. Thanks.
