SOLD :crybaby:

Well after separating from usmcruiserette and moving into an apartment building I am no longer able to wrench on my piggie to the degree that it needs. The apartment complex frowns heavily on any auto repairs beyond a break pad change. And my pig needs much more work on it than that. So it prompted me to purchase a 1984 FJ60. Its in really good condition and is still a land cruiser. It has no where near the style the pig did but.......it will require less work.

So long story even longer I have to sell my Pig. She is a 1976 FJ55. It has about 220K miles on it. Im not positive on the total mileage as the odometer stopped working before I acquired it. It has been my daily driver for the past 4 years. I love this truck. I replaced the rear seat and put in 3 point seatbelts in the rear for my boys. It has new breaks all around.

It has it share of issues obviously. lol The lower fenders are rusted out and there is a fair ammount of rust in the running boards. The drivers side body mount is "gone". The steering is loose and creeky. The engine needs a tune up. And it will need tires with in a year.

I'm putting it up on Craigslist for $1500 but I'll sell it on here to a mudder for $1200. I live in Longmont CO 80503. Here's a link to when it was the rig of the month to view pics. If your interested PM me or send me an email usmcruiser at hotmail dot com I will get the email before the PM so that may be better. Thanks all.

I also have an extra transmission and t-case i'll throw in and the original hood too. The hood is dented as it "flew open" while driving down the highway according to the PO. I kept it to use as a patch piece for the rust in the new hood.

Sad to see a man (especially a Marine) sell a classic cruiser like a 55! Hope the 60 serves you well...

S/F, Spark...
