A combination I had planned but shelved (due to too many other projects to finish first really) was move my stock rears up front (which are beefed up with full length Add-A-Leafs, and might get a second AAL installed in each spring pack to better support the front end weight), and beefed up Chevy 63" springs in the back, with the rear axle converted to SOA and then tweaked to level the vehicle. So basically my rig would be SUA up front and SOA in the back.

Just a thought, for the sake of throwing another idea in there.

The rears-up-front and 63" Chebbies in the rear are a proven approach in the mini truck world.

Question for you guys running 63" springs. I picked up a set that has 5 main leaves and a THICK overload. Should I remove the overload or run it?

Agreed, I'd run those as is and take out a leaf later if absolutely needed.
