fog light wires only sending 12 volts (2 Viewers)

my passenger fog light wasnt working. I took a voltage monitor, and checked the wiring. It was only sending between 4 and 7 volts to the light. Im looking for a way to fix this easily. Thanks!

We ended up wiring up a relay and sending wiring from the working fog light to the non-working light. It works great. I'd suggest doing something different/better because we kind of scraped this together for an inspection sticker and it still didn't pass.

I ended up replacing the relay. It is currently work and I hope it stays that way. Replacing the relays suck on the 100 series.
