Is the 100 series fog light relay located behind the fuse block kick panel? For the life of me I can't see any thing that looks like a relay in there by the fuses. my fogs just don't come on. I've replaced the turn signal stalk and switches, put in new fuses, new bulbs, I can hear the relay clicking faintly from fuse area. not sure where to turn to next.

The relay is on the back side of the fuse block in the left kick panel. If you can hear it click, I wouldn’t think that it is the relay.
