Hi all,
I have a 2011 LC with 130k miles.
Have a recurring problem when temps dip to near zero up here in the Catskill Mountains of NY: the rear turn signal lights flicker. Both sides. Never happens when it’s warmer. Doesn’t drain the battery. Happened last winter too.
I’d post a video but doesn’t seem I can, but imagine a very quick and intermittent flickering.
Any thoughts on this mystery?
Thanks and happy holidays!
Josh

In cold weather metal contracts, thus bad a connection somewhere. The somewhere is the issue. I would start by checking the ground which should be common to both or a source that goes through a control unit (as I assume the hazard lights also flicker).

Thanks for the response. That sounds right. Once it warms up a bit I’ll track down the ground and report back. Appreciate the advice!
