It is out of a 94 Cruiser that was wrecked. The bell on the short side is bent up making it hard to get the birf out. Everything else is in good shape. So, it basically needs a new housing.

I really dont' want an elocker. So, I'm looking to sell what i have, or trade someone for the same axle with an open carrier.

The rear axle is also available for sale.

Let me know if you have any questions

Do you want to trade a open diff third member for your e-lock 3rd. both high pinion out of a 80 series.??

where are you located?

Rob

How much for just the diffs (3rd member). I'd take the rear for a good price and maybe even the front.

I don't know if it would be worth just to trade the thirds......i was under the assumption that one of the axle shafts were longer to fit the elocker than the open carrier. I could be wrong, so correct me if so.

If i were to trade, i would want to trade the high pinion elocker for a high pinion open and a housing/or plus cash to buy the housing.

I'm not sure what i would want as far as selling everything....i would probably sell everything for what it would cost me to replace for what i wanted.

I have a 96LX450 that is open. I would be happy to trade the innards of the axles and some cash for what you have. No point in trading housings. Shipping would kill on the housing.

Where are you loacted

Romer,

An empty housing really isn't that expensive to ship but he doesn't have what you need as his is bent. I shipped an empty housing from rural Idaho to California for $28 using UPS two summers ago. Rural is more expensive. I did ship to a business address in CA.

An open rear housing is easily modified to fit the locker. 4 studs, a grinder and about an hour. The passenger side axle is different in the locker housing. I think the value of the rear housing is minimal.

I am located in Phoenix, Arizona. I get shipping discounts through my work, so that will help cut costs if someone needs to ship things.

The rear axle is complete drum to drum w/the elocker and i want to sell as a whole. I would like $600 for that.

As for the front axle, I would be happy to trade:
-MY-
~HP elocker
~short side axle
-YOur-
~Open HP third
~short side axle
~straight front housing...or...some cash to buy a front housing.

Dood, your PMs are full.

I'm really interested in your rear axle complete. Can you get me a shipping quote to 80216? Do you have any pictures of it? Does it come with any linkage, springs, anything else?

what other stuff did you need??

I'll take just about anything that is attached to the rear axle! Going to make my pig sit on coils in the rear, may as well start with the stock stuff. Right now I'll take just about anything off of it. The main links, upper link and the panhard. Coils, wiring harness, upper coil buckets, the panhard frame bracket, if you still have the the donor truck around, obviously.

So basicly anything you've got for the rear, I'm up for it. I certainly would like a couple of pics though. You can PM me and I'll send you my e-mail address or just post those bad boys up here! Thanks dood!

I'll try to get you some pictures this weekend

THe front axle is spoken for as of now, i will know for sure by the middle of next week.

Werd! Consider me first in line on the rear axle. What kind of shipping are you looking at here? I can do forward air, or you can ship it to my office that has a loading dock. 80216 if you can get a ball-park quote. Thank you!!

the housing on the rear axle is also bent, but the elock third is still good.

Well poop. How much for the rear third then?

i'm not too sure, i've never sold one. what is a fair price to ask?

The deal for the front HP elock third didn't go through, so it's back on the market. Before i offer to sell it, i'd rather trade it for an open third and a straight housing.
