The chrome trim, and window rubber at base of Windows both sides, front, does not seat very well. It's lifts up and away as shown in picture, rubber seal is pulled away from the glass in front. I am planning on pulling the inside panel off as I need to work on a window rattle. Any suggestions what the issue may be so as to be prepared with parts for solution? I can pull the trim off at the front by just lifting up, I do see white clips attached to trim. Thank you!

It may be a little twisted (picture makes it look worse) but also there are white clips attached to the mounding that mount inside the door, and they don't seem to be attaching properly. I need a day to take the door apart (need to fix window rattle and sticking door handle). Was just trying to get a jump on the issue is anyone had run into it before. Thank you!

New trim without chrome straps may still be available. Fits a bit cleaner IMO.

Did you ever resolve this t rim issue. Mine is doing the same. While i will tear into a motor, tearing into this trim scares me.

I did. There are plastic clips on the rear of the trim. A number of them were broken, or were located in wrong position. I found an old piece of trim which had good clips on it and replaced. All is good now with that outside wiper.

Thanks Marc. I will look into it.

This is what they look like not broken. I think there should be 5 on the trim piece.
