I bought this really solid 85' literally out of a barn in Washington back in June. It was original owner with only 160k. The truck was use by a carpenter and quite hammered. It was taken off the road in 2012. I always wanted a 60. This seemed like a very nice base to start from. The truck was (aside from some surface rust) fairly rust free. I just had one area behind the windshield wiper motor to address. I tore the truck down to just a body and frame. There isn't anything on this truck that I didn't either replace or refurbish. The motor had very strong compression so I just resealed, repainted, and rebuilt the cylinder head. The body was very good except for the usual dings. I stripped it completely down and resprayed it with the OEM Toyota silver. Anywhere I could, I used Toyota OEM parts. This truck now feels like a new vehicle. There isn't a single squeak or creak to be heard. I drives like new as well. Was thinking of selling it, but I think I'll dirve it for a while and have some fun. It was a lot of work. I should enjoy it at least for a little bit.I don't have an answer to your question...but would like to know more about your restoration and what you did.
Great looking truck.

Looks great! Where’d you source the seat covers? Are you part of Seattle Cruiserheads? Big contingent over there.
Got those from Cruiser Corps. They’re actually the exact same material my couch hasLooks great! Where’d you source the seat covers? Are you part of Seattle Cruiserheads? Big contingent over there.
I would so hide that contactor box. What’s the point of hidden winch? I like the way it’s done.Have the winch mounts in stock.

I’m debating going back to cloth seats (heated of course) and I’d like a higher console too.
