Looking to buy a headlamp washer reservoir for an FJ60 in good shape with no cracks. PM me what you have.
Thanks

Not worth the money to buy a used headlight reservoir, console, or driver's seat bottom.. they all crack. And if they haven't ...they soon will. Just my experience with buying used parts like these. Probably best to find some other kind of reservoir. Maybe off a different Toyota model and fit it. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the reply. I wonder if I could retrofit a generic reservoir or something

I think the issue with the retro fit will be getting the volume of fluid. the headlight washer reservoir uses a much bigger pump and hose than a regular windshield washer reservoir.

Mine did not have the bottle with it. Any idea the volume the bottles hold?

The Headlight reservoir cracks because of leaning your elbow on the top when under the hood. Every one is cracked along the top for that reason

most are cracked but not everyone is cracked, the non-cracked command a high price.

also there seems to be more heat on the driver side of the engine bay, exhaust manifold, so it helps degrade the plastic. the windshield bottles don't seem to degrade like the headlight bottles does.
once the plastic degrades and gets brittle, leaning your elbow on it breaks the top.

not certain, this is a guess, but it probably holds close to a full jug of fluid, 1 gallon.
