FJ60 Fuel Solenoid Shutoff Wiring?

I have a 1984 FJ60 that had a Weber installed on it. I believe this is what is left of the Fuel Solenoid Shutoff wiring, (Green/Yellow). My new OEM Carb has a connector with a White/Black Strip and Black wire. Which wire color connects to which? Thank you.

George - the two wires to the solenoid should be black w/ yellow tracer and green.
Green - ground
Black/yellow - key-on +12V (ignition circuit)

Thanks Matt, Looking farther up that same set of wiring, does this look like what I should connect to?

blue is for the carb cooling fan - for some reason I seem to recall that earlier 60's might have yellow instead of black/yellow but I am not 100% sure. That is certainly the right area for the wiring to be
