your brake light will come on when your brake fluid reservoir is too low. theres a sensor in there....
What brake fluid are you guys running?
I checked my brake fluid reservoir today, and it was empty. The brake light never came on. Any idea why this is..? It comes on when I use the ebrake.your brake light will come on when your brake fluid reservoir is too low. theres a sensor in there....

The float goes up and down easily, and the wires coming out of the cap are indeed connected to a wiring harness. Could the whole float assembly be bad.? Is it a fuse issue possibly..?There is a sensor on the lid of the reservoir ...check that!
Could be a fuse. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in. If your reservoir was empty that would cause more concern. The float goes up and down easily, and the wires coming out of the cap are indeed connected to a wiring harness. Oh, my front calipers have a leak…it would have been nice for the light/alarm to have gone off to alert me to the low fluid.Could be a fuse. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in. If your reservoir was empty that would cause more concern.
