I appreciate there is little likelihood of someone having and being willing to sell these but just in case someone wants to charge me a small fortune......

I think the later year part numbers are backwards compatible. My 55, FWIW, is a ‘77 model (Oct ‘76).

I will consider used if in good, usable condition. I might be able to reuse my cargo window gaskets but I know the windshield is too far gone.

Can’t help with parts, but try some glycerin on your seals. I mixed 50/50 water and glycerin and applied with a spray bottle. Now that the windows are out for the resto, I keep them moist with the stuff. Pretty soft after a few months. Read where boiling the rubber then applying straight glycerin works well too.HTH.

Thanks. I’v done some research along those lines. That might work for the cargo windows but the windshield gasket has rubber missing and is pretty gone. It’s not leaking but I don’t think it will be reusable.

I got mine on ePay with lifetime warranty for $77.

Thought they were still available. Check Cruiser parts .net

Used cargo; I emailed them yesterday. No reply yet. Windshield, w/o moulding only.

Windshield gasket for use with moulding? Must have been years ago.

Here's a thought on windshield molding: when I was in high school I had a job installing rear sliding windows into trucks. Around 1988 or so, the GM trucks changed from rubber molding to being glued in. It was a piece of cake to change them after that. Just cut out the old and glue in the new. The results looked good and never leaked. The adhesive we used is on amazon (3M 08693 Auto Glass Urethane) for about $15. I know it's not original, but can the glass (windshield and side windows) be glued in and then, perhaps, the old worn-out molding cut and glued in as well, so that it looks original? Maybe it's a bad idea, but may be another way to approach the problem. I'll be crossing this bridge sometime as well.

Bought it just this year. Not sure if it has the mounding part.
