fj55 on a Chevy frame-has it been done?

I've got a project planned out that will put an fj55 body on a 4 door S10 Blazer frame. I also plan to use the powertrain and do a V8 swap. Everything is readily available for the S10 V8 swap. Wheelbases are within .5 inches. I know this may upset some purists but my reasoning is sound. The fj55 is the coolest looking truck ever but I want to be able to drive at 70 mph for long distances and at times tow a John Deere Gator behind the truck and be able to buy parts/repair truck on the road if needed. I've used the search engine but haven't found much. Any ideas, recommendations, warnings, etc.?
