FJ40 with 45 top

I am starting a 74 FJ40 re-do, and would like to research the FJ45 top. I would like a pre-built aftermarket top, or info as to availability to get one off a 45 and the installation to a 40.

if you dont care if its stock or not you can check out the fiberglass tops at aqualu up here in canada.. past that you gotta hit the classifieds..

i had originally tried the 45 top on a 40 years ago and basically if you have stock seats it forces you to put your seat up all the way ahead and the back of the seat will not be able to recline.. it makes for a crappy seating position.. other than that it looks cool..

That was what I expected to hear. I'm 6'5" and no room for the seat to go up any.
It is a great look and would be ideal for my purpose. I'll go to the after market classifieds and maybe proceed.
