Are there any designers who works or know how to work with vector graphics?
I'm looking for a sketch to be made in vector graphics, but I'm not a web designer and don't know how to do a vector graphics. I asked a few print shops around and was told that this is very little work and they are not willing to take it and I should look for someone private.
Do we have people who can do such work here on the forum?

I need a picture/sketch/drawing (not sure how its called in illustrator) in EPS or PGF format. I was told that this format in vector graphics has ability to be stretch to large images without loosing picture quality like others (JPG, BMP, GIF, ...).

Yes, a raster image is scalable. About the only issue there is that you can scale it small enough that the detail won't print out properly - just a blob. Illustrator will save out an EPS file.

PGF is raster, though - like a JPG, BMP, or GIF.
