I do love watching movies and shows and spotting landcruisers, although I don't think my wife and kids appreciate it at much.

First few minutes of First Blood you can see a green 40 in the background. I saw that movie many times before I noticed it.

I used to have a magazine (I think it was 4Wheeler) that had a full length article and test of an LV. I think it was 64 or 65. I got rid of my collection five years ago so don’t recall exactly.

I also had one that did a comparison and test of a Jeep, a Scout, a Patrol and a Cruiser. I think that’s all it was but there may have been a Bronco in there too.

Yup saw those too.

Some places in the world you see many of both on the same streets. I was in Cartegena Colombia back in 2003. Sat on a high spot in the city drinking beers and watching the streets below. I counted like 25 G60 Patrols in an hour and about that many 40’s.
