FJ40 Old Man Emu 2" lift tire recommendations

In refreshing the factory suspension I've opted for a 2" inch Old Man Emu lift.

That said, using the original wheels, what size tire upsize would be ideal to keep a factory style appearance by filling in a bit of the gap when lifted.

Also looking for a MILD all terrain tread. Not a rock crawler, but gentle off-road capability. Think logging road.
