Am i the only one here but do i sense another 80 series-type roof rack problem.
If its mounted like the 80's it could be a problem down the road.

Almost all roof racks are mounted directly to the roof, so as long as they have a better gasket or something it should be OK. I don't think that is the final/real roof rack, probably just something close for the auto shows and pics. Also should help if it is actually mounted at the factory, instead of port installed, like they were (I think) on the 80 series.
