I drive a lot for my work, and over the last week or so, I am starting to see some FJ Cruisers on the streets.

Anyone else noticing them?

Saw a blue/white one east side and a silver one central in the last couple days. I like them.

Parked next to one at lunch yesterday. I kinda dig 'em and can't wait to get a chance to wheel w/ one.

I've seen a ton this week, I've been to most of the Toyota dealers in the East Valley over the last week. Also saw one at Hohokom park on Saturday, no I'm not a Cubs fan.

All the dealers are putting at least a $5k markup on them and selling them faster than they can take them off the truck. I've heard it drives kinda big and stiff...hehe. Mostly Dr's and rich daddies buying them for now. Toyota has pictures of it doing the Rubicon, although I wonder if it was completely stock, and how much help it needed.

Interesting truck though.

Saw a blue one in the parking lot of Cartwrights in Cave Creek Wed night. Hope to check em out up at Cruise Moab on the trail

won't be long before the mods come out and the SAS available ;)

All Pro if starting to work on a SAS as we speak...now that they have there Tacoma SAS ready.

Saw a black one at work this week. Tempe toyota quoted MSRP, and said they were the only one in the valley not going higher. They didn't have any on the lot though. I'm not in the market, but they look like fun.

I bet they have markup somewhere. I was at Camelback Toyota and he said they don't markup either, but the price he gave me was higher than the MSRP Toyota shows on the website.

They should mark it up, people who are buying now would pay it either way.

I was in Sedona yesterday...Saw one right off the lot on Broken Arrow. The wife was more impressed with it than the guy was. I didn't have time but I wish I had followed it on the trail. They sure look good.

Saw a blue/white one yesterday on North 17 around Deer Valley. It had some exterior upgrades and looked sweet! Trying to convince the GF that we need one instead of putting our cash towards a house. It's not really working tho and I'm starting to run out of ideas for selling points.

There's a blue one that lives not far from me.

Saw a silver one at Lowe's in N Scottsdale

Saw a 2 wheel drive  one at Right Toyota... I was buying parts, so I backed into a parking spot directly in front of the new car area, across from the 2wd one. No mistaking that my FJ40 was a ancestor of the FJC. Of course many salesmen were looking at it funny.

Oh and Right Toyota had a silver one too.

I might buy one in a year. But I want to see them on the trail!

I saw one while i was driving my 80 to the mall last weekend. He was going the opposite way I was and I got all excited and stuck my arm out of my window to point it out to my brother. The dude driving it saw me and gave me a thumbs up. I was tickled.

Check Right Toyota in the next couple of weeks. My dealer said the owner ordered a black one and is going to put a full factory lift, about 4", then some new big tires on. I'm sure it will be proudly displayed at the front door.

I was just down at Right Toyota checking out that Black one - Eventually crawled all over it then met the owner ( sorry for gawking at your new truck)- the Black ones look like an odd shaped cop car - All and all it looks like a fun Toyota to drive -

There's a Cherry (what color is that?) one with a roof rack and running boards  in my building at work. From Right Toyota...

btw saw the clean blue FJ40 in N Scottsdale again today. SAHWEEEET rig!

$23k MSRP? I could have bought 1 of those and $15,000 worth of mods for what I paid for the new car... (cries)
