your more than welcome, its not to hard to rip down, take plenty of pics to help reassembleFracking sexy Mate! I wanna do that to our Shiela. She has rust hole in the corner above the steering wheel and I was wondering what it looked like from the inside and how I was going to get in there. Apparently tear apart the whole dashboard and guts, which I can now do, thanks to your great photo montage! Cheers![]()
awesome truck you have there too, im getting to a point where i dont know what little job im going to do next,so many little jobs..ive rebuilt motor bikes for over 30yrs so im not new to resto work, this is the first major build, the donor cruiser i piked up has duel petrol tanks and air con,and so many more good bits i will change overs*** I did the same rebuild to my truck a while back mate but I'm guessing mine took a bit longer than yours has, did the same thing and stripped it down to a bare chassis, repainted it all in POR15, stripped the cab down to a bare shell and had it sandblasted and rebuilt and painted and stuck a new engine in it, your trucks looking good mate

hehe...i thought posting all these pics where going to take longer than the actual rebuild...its almost been a year, septemberWow, nearly a complete rebuild in 2hrs 38mins. You certainly don't muck around lol. Top notch work.Hope she serves you well when finished. And.... keep the pics comming.
If you had a picture of the inside, looking up into that corner, that would be great. It's above the fuse box (of course) and to the right and above the wire harness run up in the corner. I think the hole starts at the horizontal surface where water should drain from the vents and continues down the sidewall and a little of the firewall. So, it's a bastard to get into. Guess I'll have to pull all of that dashboard stuff, including the wire harness, to get a welder in there. I wonder if it could be done from the interior and not have to pull the fender? That's why more info is good. Thanks!your more than welcome, its not to hard to rip down, take plenty of pics to help reassemblei have plenty of other pics of when i stripped her down,if you do need to see anything else
