So, where is the ABS pump anyway? I've not been there done or even seen that.

did you pull the codes yet? i bet it tells you is the sensors. i am very curious. FWIW i bought a new harness and front sensors, it didnt fix it. replaced the rear sensors with used ones from cruiser parts... it didnt fix it.
i am wondering if that damn actuator that is over $1,000 is throwing the ABS light and causing the soft brakes
did your brakes feel better with the new 100 series pads? i have new pads and rotors coming from CDAN this week. i am going to get some OEM rotors on there and get rid of the slotted drilled rotors
sorry for the quick hijack, but which year did they start putting ABS into the FJ80?
i have a 80 in my work shop at the moment and have this spongy low pedal issue aswell it has new brakes new master cylinder and abs pump/control unit it has been bleed many times and all fluid replaced anyone had this problem and how did you solve it
