Well I finally pulled the trigger and bought my first LC today. Dad was always a big Land Cruiser guy and I guess I inherited the bug from him. 2003, black, 150k on it. Flawless condition, in depth maintenance record, rust free 1 owner. All interior leather has been re upholstered, wheel re upholstered, and all interior trim refinished. I have a couple pics but will post more tomorrow. So far only difference from stock is new BFG K02’s but plan on lifting, front bumper, and sliders to start off. Any tips or suggestions are more than welcome!

Nice truck! I got the bug from my dad as well! ended up in an 05 LX thats also black and 1 owner!

Congrats! Curious what's included with the in depth maintenance records. It's interesting to see how these are maintained because there seems to be decent variance!

Some more pics. Also forgot to mention the USA SPEC BT45-TOY was installed by the guy I bought it from. First pic is from this morning with another hundy in the background

A really good day today, the battery died on me so the Q5 had to come to the rescue (pops didn’t want to be in the pic) along with a 200 dollar stop at autozone. While I’m doing that, might tackle an oil change and check up on the heater t’s as well because I’m not sure if the P.O. had replaced.

Awesome looking vehicle, congratulations on the LC! Take care of the maintenance and it will take good care of you. Even maintained, they are getting up in age and with that comes issues that should be anticipated. Not a quality problem, just mechanical things have a lifespan and maintenance can find and prevent a lot of bigger issues. Have fun!
