I have Rocky Horror on DVD. Love the music and who doesn't love Meatloaf

I'll bring a few DVD options.

Do we have an idea of who's planning to travel when, for group meetup logistics? So far, it looks like:

Thursday PM- @Stepmurr
Friday AM - @Saddletramp; @brices123 ?; @Dimples; @Chrismanjs ?; @Cruddz ?; @verruckt1; @ftbshop; maybe @1Louder ?; who else?
Friday PM - @murf (leaving around 3pm); @rctoyota; who else?
Saturday AM - @Otter; Matt & Linda

I'm not positive what we're doing yet-- my plan was to take Friday off work but we'll see.

For Friday morning and all three days, LongDuck
For Saturday around noon add Steve O.

Sounds like we'll have plenty of DVD options.

I'll throw Spies Like Us in the truck regardless.

Please make sure you have your state land trust permit, the picture below shows where wer will be camped and exploring

Guys, I have to admit something I've been ashamed of for a long time: I've never seen Rocky Horror... :deadhorse:

Its really only good in a theater with "friends"

I am torn on wether it is better first seen as the original movie or the theater experience. I lean towards movie first then see it live. And No one will ever be as good as Tim Curry

I was fortunate??? to be able to have seen it on its first theater run. I had a friend that was the projectionist for the art theater near UNM and watched from the booth.

A few years later it came back as the midnight movie and I started going as often as we could get into Albuquerque. We would start lining up at 8 or 9 pm and partied on the sidewalk until the show.

The 70's were great

I am still a maybe. Probably Friday afternoon.
I can bring a small EZ-Up with me if y'all want to combine a few to make a covered area for movie watching.
I won't know if I am going until Thu evening. Sorry for the late notice.
I am happy to contribute some funds for any group meals since I can't guarantee my participation.

I,I,I,I the above looks like a damn poem....

Thanks,
Chris

Meatloaf again????

Hardly family friendly tho

Rocky is a great family movie.

Especially with a light rain. There's a light, over at the Frankenstein Place. " you're all wet"

Should bring it, that movie is priceless just to see the faces of those who haven't seen it. First time with the kids was a riot!
